WARNING: If the order needs to be shipped to a country different from the one of purchase, the purchase must be completed on the website of the destination country.

Gutteridge guarantees delivery within 3/5 working days* for orders placed from Monday to Friday before 1:00 PM. Delivery to islands may require one additional day. Delivery may be delayed during promotional periods.

Depending on the shipping ZIP code and the serviced areas, your order may be shipped with Poste Italiane or Paack. During checkout, it is not possible to choose the courier responsible for the shipment. The shipping service will be assigned automatically by the system.

The courier will attempt delivery 3 times. After the third failed attempt, the package will be returned to the sender**.

We recommend choosing an address where someone can be easily reached. It will not be possible to modify the address after the order has been completed.

After your package has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation e-mail containing the tracking number of our courier.

If the courier delivers a package that appears damaged, wet, or opened, please accept it only with reservation, specifying the reason for the reservation on the delivery note before signing it. (e.g. opened package, wet package, etc.).

In-store pickup is available at all participating stores highlighted by the store locator during checkout.

If you complete your order and then purchase additional items online, please note that these are separate orders and cannot be combined. Shipping costs will apply to both orders.

If you entered the wrong delivery address or forgot to include some information, we recommend contacting our customer service promptly.
